Orvendory

Stop overselling what you already sold on your other store.

Orvendory connects your Shopify and WooCommerce stores and keeps one stock number across both. Sell a unit on one, and the count on the other follows within seconds.

  • Inventory stays in sync across both stores.
  • Orders from both stores arrive in one inbox.
  • Purchase orders and suppliers are built in.

One email when we launch. Nothing else.

The problem

Two stores, two stock numbers, and one of them is wrong.

Sold out on one store, still selling on the other

Stock runs down on Shopify while WooCommerce keeps taking orders. You oversell, then you refund and apologise.

The same product edited in two dashboards

Every price change, title fix and new image gets done twice, once per store. The two copies drift apart.

A stock spreadsheet nobody trusts

A manual count is out of date the moment you save it. Nobody believes the number, so nobody uses it.

What it does

Everything on this list is built and working.

Nothing here is a plan. If it is described below, it runs today.

Two-way inventory sync

Shopify and WooCommerce stay in step. A change on either side reaches the other in seconds, driven by webhooks rather than a polling schedule.

One catalogue

Products, variants, images and collections from every connected store, in one list you can search and edit. Stores do not have to sell the same things.

Orders in one inbox

Orders from both platforms arrive in one place, and you can create, edit and cancel them from Orvendory.

Purchase orders and suppliers

Raise a purchase order against a supplier. Receiving the stock increases your count and pushes the new number out to your stores.

Duplicates caught and merged

When the same product already exists on both stores, Orvendory spots it and walks you through merging the two into one, instead of leaving you with duplicates.

Google Sheets import

Pull an existing catalogue straight in from a spreadsheet.

Safe by default

Store credentials are encrypted at rest and your data is isolated from every other account. Two-factor sign-in is there if you want it.

Nothing is lost on failure

Every push to a store is transactional. If part of it fails the whole change is rolled back, so your stock is never left half updated.

Getting started

Connecting a store takes minutes.

01

Authorize each store

Shopify and WooCommerce each have their own secure authorization. There is no WordPress plugin to install, no code to write, and we never see your store password.

02

Your catalogue comes in

Products, variants, images and stock are imported. Anything that already exists on both stores is flagged so you can merge it rather than end up with two of it.

03

It stays in step

From then on, a sale or an edit on either store reaches the other on its own. You go back to running the shop.

Where it stands

What is built, and what is not.

We would rather you find this out here than after signing up.

Working today

  • Purchase orders and suppliers
  • Duplicate detection and merge
  • Google Sheets import

We are not putting a date on anything in the second column. When one of them is finished it moves across, and not before.
